I wanted to start keeping track of my exercising. So today, I did Shaun T’s Cize You Got This. This program was 45 minutes long and one of my favorites. I am glad that I can do this at home because I can’t dance. 🙂
It is a little cumbersome to do the program on carpet but it reminds me to pick up my feet! 🙂 I want to start doing something healthy for me every day. Losing my thyroid and the difficulty the doctor is having trying to regulate my hormone medicine, is making me depressed. In addition, it is causing me to have difficulty sleeping.
I am hoping that by working out and then also getting the correct diet down, I will feel better about myself. Also, cleaning out my craft room and starting in a new direction helps me feel motivated.
